Effective July 13, 2026. This policy describes the current offline release of Deal Me In: Spades.

Data we do not collect

The current app does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data. It has no accounts, multiplayer networking, advertising, third-party analytics, location tracking, real-money gambling, or in-app purchases.

Information stored on your device

Saved Spades game state and versioned recovery data
Local gameplay statistics, match history, achievements, challenges, progression, and daily reward state
Table preferences, including target score, difficulty, sound, haptics, hints, theme, and card back
Avatar choices and one optional custom image for your local player profile
Feedback you save inside the app and redacted local diagnostics

This data remains on the device unless you deliberately use the system Share action to send a support report.

Photo library access

The app requests photo-library access only after you choose to use a photo for your own local profile. AI table players use fixed in-app portraits. The selected photo is processed into a small local image. It is not uploaded, shared, or used for advertising. You can remove it from the Avatars screen.

Apple diagnostics and beta feedback

Apple may provide crash diagnostics and, during TestFlight testing, tester feedback under Apple's policies. The app itself does not include a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

Children and families

The app is designed to be family-friendly. Its card-table presentation does not include wagering, cash prizes, cash-out mechanics, or real-money gambling.

Future changes

Accounts, online multiplayer, cloud sync, purchases, advertising, or third-party analytics would require this policy and the App Store privacy details to be updated before those features ship.
